Loris Lee
Loris is a multifaceted professional with a diverse skill set that spans across various industries. With a passion for fitness, Loris is a qualified personal trainer a skilled performer.
Her passion for teaching is evident in her English teaching qualification and First-Class bachelor's degree in teaching, having teaching experience at The Manchester College and The Manchester Metropolitan University. In addition, Loris is also a qualified First Responder, serving at the reputable medic and security company, 90 Degrees. In her spare time she enjoys a variety of sports, ranging from martial arts to rock climbing.
Loris' passion for fitness, teaching, and entertainment has been the driving force behind her decision to establish her own company that embodies her values and beliefs.
Robert Wheatley
Robert is a performing artist, regularly appearing on stage performing music, as well as Chinese Martial Arts and Lion Dance. He began learning Wushu at the age of 9 at Jin Long Chinese Martial Arts Academy in Manchester with Master Chen De Qing, where he later learned lion dance and at the age of 16. He has 10 years of Lion Dance experience, and is a versatile Lion Dancer, being adept at both the roles of the head and the tail.
In pursuit of his musical aspirations, Robert moved to Germany in 2014 to study at university. There, he joined the Shaolin Kung Fu Zentrum Düsseldorf, where he assisted in establishing a formidable Lion Dance team with fellow students. Their hard work paid off with numerous performances in the north-west region of Germany.
Anreé Bektashi-Brown
Anreé is an avid martial artist, with over 5 years experience of performing Chinese martial arts. During this time he has taken on the challenge of learning lion dance where he has been regularly performing for the past 2 years. His recent performances include those at University of Huddersfield, University of Manchester, at numerous Chinese New Year celebrations, and Salford Quays. Recently, he has also taken on the role of an assistant instructor at Jin Long Chinese Martial Arts Academy, where he finds deep satisfaction in guiding newer members along their martial arts journey.
Beyond his martial arts pursuits, Anreé is also a talented musician that finds joy in sharing his love for music as a piano teacher, imparting his knowledge to students of all levels, from complete beginners to those progressing in their intermediate skills.
René Bektashi-Brown
René is a dedicated and accomplished athlete with a passion for ice skating, Wushu, and Lion Dance. As a professional ice skater, he was honored to win the British championships in 2021, a testament to his years of hard work and dedication to his craft.
René's love for Wushu began at a young age, and he has continued to pursue this discipline with passion and humility, always seeking to improve and learn from others. In addition to Wushu, he has also developed a keen interest in Lion Dance, and has participated in the Chinese New Year shows across the UK.
Robert Mitchell
Robert Mitchell is a distinguished firefighter from the city of Manchester. In addition to his exemplary work in the firefighting domain, Robert has participated in Lion Dance performances across the UK since 2013. Robert's passion for Lion Dance is rooted in his long-standing love for Chinese Martial Arts, which he developed from a young age.
